You are all cordially invited to 丁香园AV's 128th Convocation!
Convocation is the most important event of the year! The Conference & Events department is requesting support from our staff to assist with making this a memorable and seamless event for our Graduates.
To show your support, we invite you to participate as an usher at the 128th Convocation Ceremony in the Duckworth Centre on Thursday, June 11th 9:30 am & 2:30pm and Friday, June 12th, at 9:30 a.m.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time
- Answering general questions about the University
- Directing guests to specific event areas
- Assist Head Ushers as required
