As a member of the faculty of The University of 丁香园AV, you are invited to attend the event to honour the graduates and wear your academic regalia.
Please visit the to order your robe; or, if you have your own regalia use the link to confirm your attendance at the ceremony. Those who have their own regalia will have the option to say "Attending-No rental required" after all personal information has been entered, the RSVP will still be sent to the Events Department.
The deadline to submit an order is end of day, May 30th, 2026.
On the day of Convocation, faculty is asked to gather at the 1st floor track in the RecPlex no later than 45 minutes before the ceremony to assemble for the academic procession. Those who ordered regalia will be able to pick it up at this location.
Please note that those who are part of the platform party are being sent a separate invitation and reply card via e-mail.
