Projects and initiatives

BIPOC Collections at the Archives. This features links to Indigenous collections and related digital resources, including the TRC web archive ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV created in collaboration with the NCTR, LAC, and UM. (
Indigenous afternoons in the archives. Dr. Mary Jane McCallum and Dr. Erin Millions have hosted a series of free archival research drop-in sessions to encourage researchers, students, and community members to spend time accessing and interpreting historical records at the Archives of Manitoba. Two-spirit archives. The supports scholarship and research while preserving the history and the contributions of Two-Spirit peoples. (
United Church of Canada Archives. This retains many Residential School records, copies of which have been provided to NCTR, as well as records of the Indigenous Ministries. (
